Starting today, we're running a pilot program across the CashSheet platform: Workbooks, Point of Sale, and Back Office are free through October 31, 2026. Not a trial tier, not a feature-limited preview — the full products, including every Workbooks plan tier, with no credit card required.
Why? Because we've spent the year building, and the fastest way to make these products great is to put them in front of businesses running real shifts, real drawers, and real month-ends. Pilot feedback goes straight into the roadmap — and into the pricing we announce at the end.
What's included
- CashSheet Workbooks — the spreadsheet-database for cash management: typed columns, money exact to the cent, formulas, relations, views, dashboards, automations, and one-click cash sheet templates. Every plan tier is free during the pilot, including Premium's 100,000 rows per worksheet and unlimited automation runs.
- Point of Sale & Back Office — registers and counter sales up front; inventory, purchase orders, and double-entry financial accounting in the back. One CashSheet account covers it, with per-organization data isolation enforced at the database.
- Onboarding support — we help you load your master data and get to your first live shift.
CutSheet, our LP-based production planning system for protein processors, isn't part of the standard pilot — every CutSheet deployment is scoped and priced individually. Talk to us if that's the one you're here for.
What we ask in return
Use it for real work, and tell us the truth. What's confusing, what's missing, what's broken, what made your day shorter. That's the entire price of admission. Pilot participants also get preferential rates when paid plans launch.
What happens when the pilot ends
We'll announce pricing before October 31, 2026 — and nothing gets deleted or locked when the date passes. Workbooks has a free-forever tier, your data stays accessible on every product, and everything exports to CSV or Excel whenever you want it. If a paid plan isn't for you, you leave with your data, no questions asked.
